Do Your Part in Preventing the SOPA From Being Passed

Apologies to any of you followers who find that these politics are getting on your nerves. I promise you this is the last political post on this blog, but please do take the time to sign this petition.
I encourage you to think about you were first exposed to Buster Keaton. If you’re like me, it was first through the internet. 
If SOPA is put into action, it will prevent people in future years from discovering the genius of Keaton, and of all his colleagues of the Golden Age of Hollywood. tumblr is really the only widespread site that has people who recognize films and celebrities before WWII. If we lose this site, we lose connection with people around the globe with the same interest. We lose the chance to share photographs of our favourite Golden Age celebrities, and to watch the films that they made.
The internet changed my life by introducing Keaton and classic films. My hope is that it will continue to do so for generations to come.
