Charlie Chaplin, Lou Anger (Roscoe Arbuckle’s manager), Herbert M. Horkheimer, and Buster Keaton on location at Balboa Studios in Long Beach CA.

Horkheimer and his brother founded Balboa Studios in 1911. Before the studio ceased operation in 1918, Arbuckle and Keaton made five short films under the studio’s name.

Anger later served as a Production Supervisor on The General in 1926.
